My name is Thai-An. I am a mother and counselor who is passionate about helping pregnant and postpartum women overcome depression and anxiety so they can become the best mom they can be for their baby and other loved ones.
I unexpectedly went through my own dark postpartum journey after having my daughter, and I know first hand how terrifying it can be. I am so grateful to be able to say that I have fully recovered and have been inspired to open up my own counseling practice in South OKC to serve women who are currently struggling like I was a few years ago.
