My name is Thai-An. I am a mother and counselor who is passionate about helping pregnant and postpartum parents overcome depression and anxiety so they can feel like themselves again and start enjoying life with their baby, their family, and each other.
I unexpectedly went through my own dark postpartum journey, and I know first hand how hard it can be. I am so grateful to be able to say that I have fully recovered and have been inspired to open up my own counseling practice, Lasting Change Therapy LLC, in South OKC. I've dedicated myself to learning and practicing effective treatment approaches to help you feel better as soon as possible so you can get back to taking care of your baby and living life!
