  • You try to control these thoughts and the intense anxiety that comes with them, but they just seem to stick harder.

  • Replaying the memories, seeking reassurance, checking, counting, washing, etc (compulsions) become exhausting and hurts your self-esteem and relationships, making you feel “crazy.”

  • You may have even tried talk therapy and found yourself stuck in the same place or feeling even worse.
